- Hospitality: Welcome new residents within the Association boundaries, and acknowledge births, achievements, illnesses and deaths of residents in the immediate house whose annual dues are current.
- Membership: Actively recruit new neighbor membership, retain existing neighbor memberships and develop trategies for consistent engagement of all members.
- Communication: Produce the Associations Newsletter on a schedule and timeframe as decided upon by the membership of the Association. Keep all Social media Acounts up to date with neighborhood activities and pertinent city updates.
- Community Safety: Generate possible solutions to the problem of security, Neighborhood Watch; develop or create a partnering relationship with the police and fire departments and increase citizen involvement.
- Economic Development: Consider all matters related to planning for economic development in the area and shall make recommendations to the Association.
- Social: Organize and plan fun, interactive and exciting activites for all neighbors within Audubon Forest.
- Zoning and Land Use: Maintain current knowledge of all proposed zoning changes that my affect the Association’s neighborhood and community organizations which may be so affected to achieve outcomes in the best interest of the Association.
