How Do I Join?
To join the Audubon Forest Neighborhood Association (AFNA), simply fill out the membership form below and pay your annual membership dues.

How Do I Pay My Dues?
The annual dues help pay for this website, social events, mailbox mailers, etc. AFNA's fiscal year is January 1st to December 31st. Dues are applied to the calendar year in which they are paid.
Dues can be paid via the PayPal (PAY NOW) box below, or by bringing a check to the AFNA monthly meeting.
